At Cura, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off Your Return
Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
